Vittoria Roasting is changing it's name

Hi everyone, Nico here, I just wanted to let you know that our company will be changing it's brand name before the end of this month.

Unfortunately another coffee company in Australia has a similar name and is forcing us to change our brand (or otherwise waste our time and money with legal fees).

So instead of fighting this multi-billion $ corporation with our tiny startup, we decided to just go ahead and make the change. It's unfortunate we have to do this because we love our name and our brand, but we're glad it's happening now while our company is so small - instead of years from now when the change could have been much more difficult (It's a blessing in disguise).

So what do this mean for you?

Nothing.

If you have a subscription and/or customer account on our website, nothing will change so you don't need to worry about updating anything. Your subscriptions and accounts will remain active. The transition to our new brand name will happen seamlessly, and the only noticible difference will be instead of getting this email from "@vittoriaroasting.com," it will be something else.

So what's the new brand name?

We are still working on this. We've narrowed it down to a few options and will be making a final decision sometime next week. If you'd like to give some suggestions we'd be happy to hear it!

Thank you for your support,

Everything you have done to support us has been incredible and I thank you so much for sticking with us through this difficult and exciting journey into the coffee business! We will continue to deliver the same high expectations and quality to our customers throughout this transition. You can still place orders at any time. We will notify you once the transition is complete and the whole process will remain seamless & easy.

How can you help?

We need to get our inventory out of Amazon under the Vittoria Roasting brand name. We've sold through most of it already, but if you need k-cups, it would be helpful if you purchased them through Amazon instead of from our website so that we can clear that inventory out and re-stock next time using our new brand name.
