Medium Roast Coffee. A Full City Roast will contain a moderate level of caffeine, and is considered the most popular style for the average coffee drinker. Tasting notes are slightly softened and some carbon will start to form in the bean, giving you a bold and robust flavor in your cup while still retaining some of the natural flavor notes of the bean. Medium Roasts are a great, all-around coffee roasting style that's typically used in most commercial settings. A Medium roast coffee can be used for any brew method. Very light oils may form on this bean.
