Well-named%20blend,%20you%20can%20steer%20your%20day%20in%20the%20right%20direction%20by%20starting%20it%20with%20a%20couple%20of%20cups%20of%20this%20brew!%20%20Just%20the%20right%20roast%20level%20to%20be%20bright%20and%20stormy%20but%20very%20smooth.%20%20A%20nice%20change%20of%20course%20to%20intersperse%20with%20other%20Foxen%20labels.

Nice and mellow.

Been brewing in a French press with 35 grams of coffee and 750 mls of water before filtering it through a chemex filter and it comes out nice and toasty. Perfect for everyday brewing. Have not tried it as an espresso yet :)
