Very flavorful

This has to be one of my favorite roasts so far. The flavor is very balanced and is perfect in pour over, or in my refillable K-Cup. I have not tried with my Staresso press yet, but this is always a great cup of coffee

This is the flavor i have been searching for for years

I have been looking for a light or (in this case) medium roast coffee that would run cleanly in my espresso machine and had very clear notes of chocolate for years. Even the likes of coffee curation services couldn't help me in my search. from the moment I opened this bag and sampled a bean I knew that this was my holy grail- my snipe! I found it! my research had led me to conclude that the chocolate flavor you get from darker roasts was due to them being roasted more and was comfortable with this for some time. Now that I have had this and made one of the best mochas I have made in years I don't know if I can go back. Sure the shipping this time was crazy delayed but I can live with that to continue having this legendary bag of beans.
