Collection: Vienna Roast

Dark Roast Coffee. A Vienna Roast is the darkest we will take our beans, and contains the lowest caffeine content. Different from a traditional French Roast, the beans come out of the roaster dry and right on the edge of when they would normally form oils. Oils then slowly sweat naturally over the next few days while degassing, Resulting in just the right amount of tart you would normally expect from a Dark Roasted coffee, but still retaining some hints of the natural flavor notes of the region by not over-roasting it.
